October 2nd, 2013 Optimal Wellness officially opened for business. I was so excited if I ran out of sheets at the end of a week. I had 4 sets at the time. It was my measure of success.
Since then, I have had to purchase several more sets of sheets. I /my husband has to do a lot more laundry.
I won a RI Monthly's "Best Of" reader's poll award for best place to unwind in South County and I recently opened a second location at River Bend Athletic Club.
None of this would have happened without your support.
